These terms apply to the Tucked website and waitlist. When the app launches, it will have its own terms, which you’ll be able to read before using it.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free.
• After signing up, you may receive a personal link to share with friends. Confirmed referrals may be taken into account when we send early-access invitations, but they do not guarantee access by a particular date or a fixed place in the queue.
• One signup per person, and referral links are for sharing with real people you know. Automated, bulk or fraudulent signups and self-referrals may be removed without notice, to keep the waitlist fair.
• You must be 16 or over to join the waitlist.

The website

• The events and recommendations shown on this website, including “The Finds”, are examples of the kind of things Tucked may feature.
• Events are organised by independent hosts and venues. Details such as dates, prices and availability can change, and events may sell out. Featuring an event on Tucked does not mean we organise or formally endorse it.
• The Tucked name, logo and website content belong to us. Please do not copy or use them commercially without permission.

Liability

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" while we build the product. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this site, from waitlist timing changes, or from third-party events referenced here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store your personal information.
